If the code is not recognized

If a coupon appears but checkout savings are missing
- Check the coupon's deadline and any time information supplied with it.
- Confirm the selected product variants and quantities are eligible.
- Review whether another promotion replaced it or whether combination is excluded.
- Return to the final order summary and verify the applied discount before paying.
